Just divine......

I have just arrived home from Sydney, I was down there for my best friends baby shower. I can't find the right words to describe how amazing it was, I think the pictures above explain it all. It was sad to say goodbye to Lani, next time I see her she will be a mother! Exciting but scary xx

"Happiness is only real when shared"

I have just had the most incredible weekend! It was one of those weekends that just "happened" We didn't really have any plans except the destination...............................Byron Bay was calling!

 After boxing training Saturday morning, White Peach and I packed the car and headed south. We had a quick stop to pick up our new besties Heidi and Daniella. The fun had began!

 Swimming in the ocean, dolphins, ice-creams, people watching, the top pub, teppanyaki and then dancing. Topped with a Sunday afternoon bike ride and Hellenika for dinner! Someone pinch me! 

As I sit in-front of my computer feeling sun-kissed reflecting on the past 24 hours the thought of work tomorrow somehow keeps creeping to the fore front of my mind! Why can't we have a 3 day weekend? Who made these rules? One more day would be just perfect! xx 

Happy Friday......

My brothers wedding last year. (it was a traditional Balinese wedding) 

So excited it is finally FRIDAY!! I have had the biggest week at work and I am glad it is nearly over. My best friend is coming down tonight and we are off to Byron Bay for the weekend..... I am praying for sunshine! I hope you all enjoy your weekend xx

Sydney........

I have just realised I haven't unpacked my toiletry bag for the past month! We have been away every weekend! I am not complaining, especially when I get to fly to Sydney to visit one of my best friends in the whole world! 

Lani and Ben have just moved into the cutest apartment on Bondi road, I couldn't help myself and had to take a few snaps of their new pad. After a quick stop at the apartment we jumped in the car and headed north. It was refreshing to see the blue ocean again, the water here looks like a chocolate milkshake! 

We had a lovely lunch at the Boatshed followed by dinner at the Barrenjoey house (where we spent the night)

Noosa.....

My husband raced yesterday and WON! Which was very exciting for us, the picture above is of me congratulating him! (so sweet) http://surfironmanseries.com/

For Xmas this year we treated ourselves to a little getaway in Noosa, we are staying at "Netayna" right on the beach. http://www.netanyanoosa.com 


We had this grand plan that after the race was over we could enjoy the sunshine, eat yummy food and relax. We had all the ingredients for a perfect holiday except the most important one........... SUNSHINE!!! We have spent the whole day in bed. (this is largely due to the hangover we are both suffering after the celebrations last night) 


We managed to drag ourselves out of bed for a yummy lunch at Bistro C, and a walk along hastings street to check out all of the shops. I could smell the "Tigerlily" shop half way down the street, it was like a magnet (I am sure Zane rolled his eyes when he saw the first bit of life in my body all day........ what shopping does to us.) We are now back under the covers listening to the rain! xx

Friendship........
